DAVID BLACKSMITH

Over 40 years leading nonprofits in community service, governance, operations, risk management, and program development. Recently retired as Executive Director of On the Road to Wellness and founder of Southern NH Rescue Mission in Nashua. Has led faith-based and community organizations serving homelessness, mental health, recovery, and families. Committed to helping KCCC grow with solid governance, responsible stewardship, and a strong desire to serve youth and families in practical, Christ-centered ways.

With 25 years working with children—as a special education teacher, youth group leader connecting local churches, camp counselor, and supervisor of large youth events at Hampshire Hills in Milford—Nicole brings wide experience. For the past 10 years as an ordained minister, she has supported underserved communities through board work with 1269 Cafe and Harmony Homes. In her role leading Manchester Merge events, she focuses on personal ministry that helps people grow and find their God-given identity and purpose.

SHERRY GAGNON

Sherry has 25+ years supporting children, youth, and families through education, counseling, mentorship, and outreach. With a background in special education and behavior support, she’s worked as a teacher, youth leader, therapist, mentor, and volunteer, including at a Manchester charter school and Boys & Girls Club Downtown. She focuses on at-risk youth, people experiencing homelessness, and underserved families, helping young people overcome behavioral and life challenges. Active in Manchester outreach and prayer ministries, she serves on the KCCC Board, has been on the Food for Children board for 12 years, and previously served on the Family Promise board.

Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, our customer service manager ensures every interaction is a positive one. They keep communication clear, timely, and human.

With a heart to serve others, Meghan brings over a decade of entrepreneurial expertise to the KCCC board as a Christian business and branding coach and the designer of the KCCC website.
